CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY BEFORE BOOKING, THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING! Appointments: Please be on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 8 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations within 8 hours will result in a 50% service fee. No-shows, no call will incur a 100% service charge and ban from future bookings, there will be no exceptions. Appointment Confirmation: Please confirm your appointment the day before via message and emails. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. Contact us if you’re running late, and we’ll try to accommodate you. Custom Designs: For custom designs or artwork, send your inspiration pictures to 331-425-2938 before your appointment. This helps us plan and give you an accurate time estimate. Service Guarantees: NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICES ARE COMPLETED. • If you’re unhappy with your service, we’ll fix it within 3 days at no extra charge. • Acrylics, gels, and dip powder are guaranteed for 5 days (excluding breakage). After 5 days, repairs are $5+. • Regular polish isn’t guaranteed, but we’ll fix it within 2 days at no charge. • The re-do does not cover changes in design or color.
